ASAE’s Loudoun Idea Swap covers many topics at each event and we always have a 20 – 30 minute presentation from a guest speaker.  Our January speaker will be Janet McNichol, SPHR, CAE, SHRM-SCP, Director Human Resources, American Speech-Language-Hearing Association

Topic: Your Glide Path to the Cadillac Tax

Presentation: The Affordable Care Act expanded health care to millions and now it’s time to pay the piper. Join us to learn about how the “Cadillac Tax” will chip away at the tax favored status of employee benefits. We will discuss how it will impact those of us that receive health insurance through our employers, what we should be telling our members about the pending tax and how our organizations can prepare to limbo under the tax in 2018.
