We hired him (Scott) to conduct a membership study and develop a detailed membership plan for our association. Because of our small staff we are having to implement Scott’s ideas in pieces, but we are already seeing results. For the last four months we have either met or exceeded our monthly membership target. We were hit extremely hard by the recession, but if our current new member levels continue we are in a position to enjoy 5% growth this fiscal year.
